Perception Can Change Your Life In 24 Hours
Daily we are reminded the art of perception. Well those are who believe in self growth and growing on a daily basis have come across as perception being a big game changer for the mindset. But what is perception? Perception is the way we see things and register them in our minds.
For example when someone is expressing an emotion we tend to look at them with what they are portraying, but if we look at why they are being angry it changes everything. In our lives we will encounter many things that will trigger the way we feel and live our lives.
Now these things all affect on how we let ourselves feel in that moment. But what perception does is it can help us control how we feel in any given situation.
So how do we change our perception? And can it really change our life, and that too as the title header says, within 24 hours? Yes it sure can. When I mean change its the change within you that will have this instant affect how your life moulds around you.
Now say you are in a relationship and whatever your partner says to you out of love or complaint you tend to respond instantly to what they are saying and it takes an immediate effect on you. So say next time there is a complaint and rather than reacting instantly, you just assess that persons reaction to why they are behaving this way you will react differently.
When we view things with positivity rather than negativity we create a ripple effect in our lives of manifesting more good. You can assess anyone who has a perception of always seeing the good and comparing to someone who is always looking at the negative side of things.
You will see a massive difference in their lives and how they respond to things. Which is a reason for why we get ill, feel highly stressed or emotional, all down to how we are feeling and responding to things. So how do we start? I will list a few tips that I use on a daily basis to not to stay down and keep my vibration positive.
1. Always look for the good in every situation. I know its not easy at times but you will always find something good to look out for. The best way to do that is to list ten things that you just learnt from a negative situation. That instantly brings you on a high and its difficult to be angry in a gratitude state.
2. Start and end the day will lots of gratitude. Listing 10 things you are grateful for will always help your mood change and the more you do it harder it will be to stay angry.

3. If someone is angry or projecting their anger on you or any emotions, if you know you aren't at fault, then just tell yourself that is them, it isn't you.
4. Always be happy any good news or success anyone else has. Like really try to feel its your own good news, this will attract good news in your life and especially speed up your manifesting energy.
5. Always focus on the now and not dwell in the future when something needs to be sorted, and remind myself everything always works out. And it always does. By me getting angry or frustrated wont help the situation it will just make me feel worse, so why waste so much energy?
These are to list a few of the things I try to keep up to stay on a high note and its helped me through many things in my life. The biggest thing is to learn from mistakes and not to repeat them, and to always forgive, but never forget as one must always remember what lessons they took away.
